What is the most useful item in your workspace?
I would say that it's my iPad. As a creative, it's way easier for my brain to work visually. So during concepting or when I need to express ideas, I'm always sketching something. I even use it to plan projects and such, which is very handy.
How do you spark creativity?
I normally save and organize a bunch of references. You can find most of them on my savee. Additionally, I try to read and watch a lot of random stuff. I feel that most of the insights come from things outside my main field.
How do you manage work-life balance?
I have set hard boundaries for myself to avoid overworking, unless it's absolutely necessary. I used to suffer from burnout due to long work hours. Now, I prioritize my health and family more, especially since we have a baby on the way. My day usually starts at 6am, when I go to the gym. I normally start working at 9:30am. After 6pm, unless it's an emergency, I stop working and do something unrelated to work, such as cooking, gaming, watching a TV show, or playing soccer with some friends.
What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?
Since I don’t have to commute, I have a lot more time to focus on my personal life and family. This means I have more time to go to the gym, run errands, and improve my overall relationships with the people I love.
