What is your favorite item in your workspace?
I'd say the Tech Deck fingerboard because it brings some peace when I'm trying to disconnect a little bit on a busy day. Also, it reminds me of the good old days of skateboarding.
How do you spark creativity?
Sports! Running, playing football, riding my bike, and lately, yoga. I realized that if I want to be a creative person what works best for me is to stand up from my desk and do different activities, you can't force creativity just try to relax, refresh your brain and ideas will come sooner than you imagine.
How do you manage work-life balance?
When I founded my design studio, having a great work-life balance was what I envisioned for me and the people I work with, that's why being remote always was a top priority. Having the freedom to go for long or short trips while working makes me feel very fortunate. Even though I love my home workspace I don't have any issue grabbing the essentials and building a mini workstation where ever I am.
