What is the most useful item in your workspace?

My wide-screen monitor display that helps me multitask with tabs split between the display and the PC.

Also helps that the space is always lit up by sunshine so calls look extra bright.

How do you spark creativity?

I need to always have music on so that it's not a silent time working, and having both devices plugged in helps me multitask better. Also having a notebook ready and available on the table helps me note down important information if I don't have a word document open

How do you manage work-life balance?

Two ways: I am a morning person so I would much rather start work earlier to avoid clashes in meetings and work still gets done + keeping my workspace and anything to do with work away in the 'office room'.

I also ensure I'm leaving the house every day to go for a run or walk in nature, as I work from home 100% of the time.

What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?

The ability to work from anywhere in the world, and flexibility to work with what makes you comfortable.

It gives you the time and energy to achieve goals in your own time and also build a legacy for your role and company in your geographical location.
