How do you spark creativity?
Creativity thrives on atmosphere and energy. I often find inspiration by working from beautiful hotel lobbies or cafes, iPad or notebook in hand. The blend of ambient noise and fresh surroundings consistently sparks new ideas.
What does your typical day look like?
My 2025 motto is "Gray Foundations, Infinite Horizons" - a philosophy that centers on the impact of mundane daily habits. Like the concrete foundations of a skyscraper, these unglamorous routines are the bedrock that supports growth.
My day begins at 5:30 AM. The first 45 minutes is devoted to movement - a focused workout that sets the tone for the day before I even unlock my phone. After that, I dive into a mix of meetings and deep work sessions, powered by coffee and cold water. As the sun begins its descent, you'll find me taking a contemplative mile-long walk along Sunset Strip, using this time to process the day's ideas and prepare for tomorrow's possibilities.
What do you enjoy most about WFH life?
Our environment shapes our thoughts and actions - which is why the freedom to craft my optimal workspace has been the peak joy of remote work. From choosing a bold red chair, to being barefoot, to playing any playlist over Sonos or embracing silence. It's not just about comfort - it's about creating a space where every element is intentionally chosen to support the work I do.
